Each handcrafted soap loaf and soap bar is unique in color shades, swirl styles, and exact size because it is made by artisans. When the loaf is hand cut into individual bars, each bar will look different and be unique. From within the same loaf, you may get a soap bar that has a lot of one color, but another bar may have little or none of that same color. That means that the bar of soap you receive will not look like the one in the photos. It will be similar, but not exact. We do not accept returns because the soap doesn’t look like the one in the pictures.

For daily use during your shower, bath, or handwashing. Use water to lather up the soap. Wash areas you want to clean. Rinse off. Repeat if you’d like. Great for daily use by everyone.

Our handcrafted personal grooming, bath, colognes, refreshing fragrance mists and other handcrafted products are safety sealed for our customer's protection. Due to the nature of these products we cannot assure the purity of the merchandise will be maintained once it has been shipped to the end user. For hygiene and safety reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, therefore we do not accept returns or give refunds on any of our grooming or bath products unless the product is in its original condition, the outer safety seal and/or shrink-wrap packaging is still intact and the product is returned within 30 days of the order date with a receipt. We do not accept returns of opened products or products where the safety seals or shrink wrap has been removed. Please contact us prior to sending any product back. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if a product is sent back to us and we determine that it was previously opened by the customer.

Our artisan made soaps are handcrafted in the USA using premium ingredients to ensure a quality product.

Never tested on animals – just people!

We know things happen and that you might change your mind after placing an order. We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so we process all orders manually and will hold the order for 4 hours before processing it and sending it to fulfillment. This gives our customer’s plenty of time to change their mind and cancel the order, or to make any corrections to their address, or any other changes. The only thing we can’t change is your payment method. If you needed to change that we’d have to cancel the order and you’d have to place it again because we do not have access to your card info. We’ve heard all of the complaints online about customers not being able to cancel or change their orders once placed, and we don’t want to be in that category. To be fair to you, we will wait and work with you, but you have to be fair with us too and notify us in writing of any changes needed within the 4 hour window from the time you place your order. Don't get mad if you wait 5 hours to tell us and then we can't do anything about it because we've already processed the order.

All of our products are in stock and ready to ship except the print on demand products and American West (and we do have some of that in stock but not everything) but we still wait the four hours unless you tell us to process the order immediately. In order to be eco-friendly, our clothing, housewares, drinkware, blankets, and some other products are printed specifically for you when you order them through agreements with our manufacturers and vendors, and are shipped manufacturer direct. For these products, once the order has been processed it is sent to fulfillment. Once it goes to fulfillment we can’t cancel the order or change anything about the order. So, we wait to process it…for you… just in case. It’s extra work on our end to manually approve and submit all orders instead of letting it happen automatically, but if it makes you happy, it makes us happy.

Once we do process the order, we can’t cancel it or make any changes to it. So please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order if a change / cancellation is needed.
