ORDER CHANGE POLICY
We know things happen and that you might change your mind after placing an order. We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so we process all orders manually and will hold the order for 4 hours before processing it and sending it to fulfillment. This gives our customer’s plenty of time to change their mind and cancel the order, or to make any corrections to their address, or any other changes. The only thing we can’t change is your payment method. If you needed to change that we’d have to cancel the order and you’d have to place it again because we do not have access to your card info. We’ve heard all of the complaints online about customers not being able to cancel or change their orders once placed, and we don’t want to be in that category. To be fair to you, we will wait and work with you, but you have to be fair with us too and notify us in writing of any changes needed within the 4 hour window from the time you place your order. Don't get mad if you wait 5 hours to tell us and then we can't do anything about it because we've already processed the order.
All of our products are in stock and ready to ship except the print on demand products and American West (and we do have some of that in stock but not everything) but we still wait the four hours unless you tell us to process the order immediately. In order to be eco-friendly, our clothing, housewares, drinkware, blankets, and some other products are printed specifically for you when you order them through agreements with our manufacturers and vendors, and are shipped manufacturer direct. For these products, once the order has been processed it is sent to fulfillment. Once it goes to fulfillment we can’t cancel the order or change anything about the order. So, we wait to process it…for you… just in case. It’s extra work on our end to manually approve and submit all orders instead of letting it happen automatically, but if it makes you happy, it makes us happy.
Once we do process the order, we can’t cancel it or make any changes to it. So please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order if a change / cancellation is needed.
