Because our bags are printed when they’re ordered, the fulfilment process is automated so there is only a 12 hour window from the time you place your order for errors or cancellation to be made. If you made an error when checking out or if you need to cancel your order, we must be notified within this 12 hour window by calling us at 561-449-9956 to let us know of the problem. Make sure you leave a voicemail if we don’t answer and you can also follow up with a text or email. All of our contact information is at the bottom of the page. We will do our best to correct or cancel the order for you but unfortunately, once an item is in production, there’s no way for us to cancel it or make changes. In order to prevent problems with ordering, please make sure you really want the bag before you order and enter your information carefully when checking out. Thank you.
Our bags are printed to order when you purchase them. We do this to be more sustainable. While we personally use many of our bags, we don’t keep a large inventory of them sitting in the office. Once you purchase a bag it typically it takes 2 to 3 business days for the order to process. Then it can take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the bag to be printed and ship out of the production facility. Total turnaround time is approximately 10 to 13 business days. If you’re buying for a birthday present or any other special occasion, please order early to make sure it arrives in time. We recommend at least two to three weeks. If you place an order a week before you need the bag, you will not receive it in time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.
This item can be returned in its original unopened packaging and in resellable condition for a store credit only within 14 days of the date it was delivered. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
