Super Seven Amethyst also goes by the names Sacred Seven and Melody’s Stone. It is typically found in Brazil. These stones contain seven naturally occurring minerals within them. These are Amethyst, Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Rutile, Goethite, Cacoxenite and Lepidocrocite. The Super Seven Amethyst is a high frequency crystal that is often used to align and clear the Chakras or pair it with other stones to increase your spiritual growth. It is said to be the stone of Universal Humanity and it never needs clearing or cleansing.

We know things happen and sometimes typos are made when checking out or you might change your mind after placing an order. We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so we manually process all orders and will hold the order for 2 hours before finalizing it and sending it to fulfillment. If you made an error when checking out or if you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we must be notified within this 2 hour window by emailing us at contact@thornridge.com, calling or texting us at 561-449-9956, or submitting our contact form to let us know of the problem and what we need to do to remedy it for you. Give us your name, phone number (in case we need to call you), order number, the nature of the problem and what we need to do to correct it. Make sure you leave a voicemail if we don’t answer (we check messages regularly).
Holding orders for 2 hours gives our customer’s plenty of time to change their mind and cancel the order, or to make any corrections to their address, or any other changes. The only thing we can’t change is your payment method. If you needed to change that, we’d have to cancel the order and you’d have to place it again because we do not have access to your card info. We’ve heard all of the complaints online about customers not being able to cancel or change their orders once placed, and we don’t want to be in that category. To be fair to you, we will wait and work with you, but you have to be fair with us too and notify us in writing of any changes needed within the 2 hour window from the time you place your order. Don't get mad if you wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours to tell us and then we can't do anything about it because we've already processed the order and sent it to fulfillment.
All of our products are in stock and ready to ship except the made-to-order printed products, American West and some horse tack (and we do have some products from those lines in stock but not everything) but we still wait the two hours for in-stock items unless you tell us to process the order immediately. In order to be eco-friendly, our clothing, housewares, drinkware, blankets, and some other products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you through agreements with our manufacturers, vendors, and our production partners and are shipped manufacturer direct. For these products, once we process the order, it is automatically sent into their fulfillment system. Once it is processed and goes to fulfillment we can’t cancel the order or change anything about the order because it is now in the production channels and out of our control and it will ship to you. So, we wait two hours to process it…for you… just in case. It’s extra work on our end to manually approve and submit all orders instead of letting it happen automatically from the beginning, but if it makes you happy, it makes us happy.
REMEMBER: Once we process the order, we can’t cancel it or make any changes to it. So you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if a change / cancellation is needed.
