Kambaba Jasper is a green rhyolitic volcanic rock found in the west-central Bongolava region of Madagascar and characterized by green and black swirling patterns. It is composed of quartz, aegirine, and feldspar. Kambaba Jasper is often mistaken for a stromatolite, which is a fossilized algae.
