This allows the salts to dissolve into the water while holding the containing all of the other ingredients inside the bag so there's no additional cleanup. If you want to keep the organza bag, just dump the contents, wash the bag and let it dry. Then you can use it to hold other things. Next we add an Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt and Sea Salt mixture. HOW TO USE: Use one 4 oz tea bag per bath. Fill your tub with warm water and then place the tea bag into the tub and let it move around naturally as you bathe. An alternative method is to hang the bath tea from the water faucet and let the water flow over it as you fill the tub. Choose the method you prefer or try it both ways and see which one you like better. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place.
