HOW TO USE: Use one 4 oz tea bag soak per bath. Fill your tub with warm water and then place the tea bag into the tub and let it move around naturally as you bathe. An alternative method is to hang the bath tea bag soak from the water faucet and let the water flow over it as you fill the tub. Choose the method you prefer or try it both ways and see which one you like better. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place.
