For daily use during your shower, bath, or handwashing. Use water to lather up the soap. Wash areas you want to clean. Rinse off. Repeat if you’d like. Great for daily use by everyone. Fill your bathtub with warm (or whatever your preferred temperature is for bathing) water. Climb in and then drop the bath bomb into the water. While it fizzles around, dissolving in the water, let the warmth of the water relax your body and mind. Breathe in the wonderful fragrance as you unwind after a long day. Typically, it will take about five minutes for the bath bomb to completely dissolve but you can soak for as long as you like. Apply liberally to skin as needed. Apply liberally to body as needed. While in the shower, take a small amount and apply to body in circular motions. Pay more attention to area of dry skin. Rinse. Shake well before each use. Our refreshing fragrance mists can be used as a body mist or as a home spray. Use it as needed in your home, bathroom or vehicle to freshen the air or on yourself as a body mist just to smell nice. It can be used in any space that needs to be refreshed. We use our mists inside trash cans and shoes, too.

Each handcrafted soap loaf and soap bar is unique in color shades, swirl styles, and exact size because it is made by artisans. When the loaf is hand cut into individual bars, each bar will look different and be unique. From within the same loaf, you may get a soap bar that has a lot of one color, but another bar may have little or none of that same color. That means that the bar of soap you receive will not look like the one in the photos. It will be similar, but not exact. We do not accept returns because the soap doesn’t look like the one in the pictures.

Our handcrafted personal grooming, bath, colognes, refreshing fragrance mists and other handcrafted products are safety sealed for our customer’s protection. Due to the nature of these products we cannot assure the purity of the merchandise will be maintained once it has been shipped to the end user. For hygiene and safety reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, therefore we do not accept returns or give refunds on any of our grooming or bath products unless the product is in its original condition, the outer safety seal and/or shrink-wrap packaging is still intact and the product is returned within 30 days of the order date with a receipt. We do not accept returns of opened products or products where the safety seals or shrink wrap has been removed. Please contact us prior to sending any product back. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if a product is sent back to us and we determine that it was previously opened by the customer.

We know things happen and sometimes typos are made when checking out or you might change your mind after placing an order. We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so we manually process all orders and will hold the order for 2 hours before finalizing it and sending it to fulfillment. If you made an error when checking out or if you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we must be notified within this 2 hour window by emailing us at contact@thornridge.com, calling or texting us at 561-449-9956, or submitting our contact form to let us know of the problem and what we need to do to remedy it for you. Give us your name, phone number (in case we need to call you), order number, the nature of the problem and what we need to do to correct it. Make sure you leave a voicemail if we don’t answer (we check messages regularly).

Holding orders for 2 hours gives our customer’s plenty of time to change their mind and cancel the order, or to make any corrections to their address, or any other changes. The only thing we can’t change is your payment method. If you needed to change that, we’d have to cancel the order and you’d have to place it again because we do not have access to your card info. We’ve heard all of the complaints online about customers not being able to cancel or change their orders once placed, and we don’t want to be in that category. To be fair to you, we will wait and work with you, but you have to be fair with us too and notify us in writing of any changes needed within the 2 hour window from the time you place your order. Don’t get mad if you wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours to tell us and then we can’t do anything about it because we’ve already processed the order and sent it to fulfillment.

All of our products are in stock and ready to ship except the made-to-order printed products, American West and some horse tack (and we do have some products from those lines in stock but not everything) but we still wait the two hours for in-stock items unless you tell us to process the order immediately. In order to be eco-friendly, our clothing, housewares, drinkware, blankets, and some other products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you through agreements with our manufacturers, vendors, and our production partners and are shipped manufacturer direct. For these products, once we process the order, it is automatically sent into their fulfillment system. Once it is processed and goes to fulfillment we can’t cancel the order or change anything about the order because it is now in the production channels and out of our control and it will ship to you. So, we wait two hours to process it…for you… just in case. It’s extra work on our end to manually approve and submit all orders instead of letting it happen automatically from the beginning, but if it makes you happy, it makes us happy.

REMEMBER: Once we process the order, we can’t cancel it or make any changes to it. So you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if a change / cancellation is needed.
